A Day by Day

Min morgen.

// My morning. As the earliest, classes have started at 10:30, and due to my eyes automatically rise at 7:30 am – I have plenty of time for both a run, swim in the pool and to eat delicious breakfast every morning. This becomes a huge upheaval, when I go back to DK, as my yard in Copenhagen is far less exotic. admitted!

// Well, thanks to late meeting hours I’ve had plenty of time to let a cloths-crisis proceed. Very pleasant of course..

//At 10am I’m out the door, heading for Canadian University of Dubai. The University is located 20 minutes by car from where I live, so that’s easy. I’m a Fan of having the car down here; everything else had been very difficult. Anyways, the exchange’s pretty much the whole reason why I’m here, we shouldn’t forget. Classes have been 4 days a week in about four hours. Really a contrast to my uni. in Denmark, whereas classes run every day from 9-15. However, reading material, assignments and tests, has of course, filled much more over here. Think many people imagine that it’s like nothing to be on exchange, but I have to admit that almost all my afternoons has been with the face in the books.

// Speaking of studying: the way to do it has differentiated a student’s life in Dubai vs. DK the most. The first 3 pictures show my different ‘reading halls.’ Favorite has been of course been like picture number 3. Honestly it has looked like that very often – It’s been GREAT!

// My evenings and afternoons in turn, have varied my every day life the most. Sometimes I’ve been in the mall and the big challenge has always been, which of them I had to choose.. Other times I’ve had my nails done, or just staring series and relaxed. Often I’ve had Skype calls and pretty much every night, I’ve prepared blog posts. As much as the blog can stress me, there’s an equally lovely calm and therapy about formulating texts, set up and select and fix the images.

This has been a typical day while living here in Dubai. It has been so different yet, still kind of the same. Hope it makes sense and that it has been funny with a post like this. Have a lovely day!
